Started taking these a few years ago and it really makes a difference. Together with a low-alcohol start and pacing the real thing an all day wedding or a day at the races is more than manageable.

was super skeptical about Myrkl at first—thought it was just another gimmicky supplement. But after trying it a few times, I'm honestly blown away. Took two capsules about 90 minutes before a night out with friends, and the next morning I felt weirdly okay!

I felt depressed after drinking, even just a glass or two of wine the following morning. With Myrkl that's gone. I'm not a massive consumer of alcohol, but at least when I do have a drink, I can now enjoy it without the fear of the blues the following day.

My husband and I attended a village function and took three bottles of wine with us. I took my two MYRKL, my husband didn’t. We both quaffed a bottle and a half each of the wine, went home and took a gin and tonic to bed as a nightcap. The next day, my husband said he still felt squiffy and took a breathalyser test - it said that he wouldn’t be sober for another 4 hours and 37 minutes. I also took the test and was 100 % SOBER! If that doesn’t tell you these work, I don’t know what will. Oh and he is 16 stone and I am 10 and he ate more than me. M x
